Save big on Grounded Brewing Technologies custom designed 30a Pro(2 element) electric brewing control panel. We wanted to create a high quality panel without a high price tag. We have designed this panel from the ground up with quality in mind. From our stainless steel enclosure to the Omron E5CC PID temperature controller and Omron H5CX timer.  These panels are ready to go right out of the box.

We have included an interlocking relay system that protects against dry firing your heating element, or accidentally running your pump dry. Each panel is outfitted with a keyed power switch for safety in mind  

Each Pre-assembled Panel Includes:

• 16 x 16 x 8 Stainless Steel enclosure with a pro brewery look (underside of panel is labeled as well)

• 4 - Omron E5CC PID controller with manual mode for boil control

• 1 - Omron H5CX timer

• 2 - L6-30 twist lock flanged outlet for 240V elements up to 5500w

• 2 - 5-15 outlet for 120V pumps

• 4 - Temperature probe outlets

• 4 - Stainless steel liquid tight 1.5" RTD probes

• 30a twist lock power supply with 4 pronged dryer plug

• DIN rail mounted internal components for space efficient design

• 3 - 63a contactors

• 2- 32a 240v din rail breakers

• 1 - 6a 110v din rail breaker

• 2 - 40a SSR (solid state relay) mounted to a large heat sink

• Blue LED indicators for pumps

• Yellow LED indicators for element switches

• On/OFF Selector switch to turn alarm On/Off

Additional products needed to get started:

• 30a GFCI protected electrical service (licensed electrician installed is highly recommended)

• It is recommended using L5-15 to 5-15 adapter to not void your pump manufactured warranty (this can be found here)

• 10 - 20 gallon brewing kettles

• 4500w or 5500w Ultra Low Density fully stainless heating elements in grounded, water tight enclosure (5500w fully stainless elements can be found here)

• Running an auto tune cycle on the PID is highly recommended before brewing for controller/element efficiency
