We wanted to create a high quality panel without a high price tag. We have designed this panel from the ground up with quality in mind. From our stainless steel enclosure to the Omron E5CC PID temperature controller.  These panels are ready to go right out of the box.

This unit can rest upon a table top or wall mounted. The slight angle of the door provides a great view via a table top while maintaining the ability to be wall mounted.

Each Pre-assembled Panel Includes:

• 8 x 10 x 6 Stainless Steel enclosure with a pro brewery look (underside of panel is labeled as well)

• Omron E5CC PID controller with manual mode for boil control

• 1 - L14-30 twist lock inlet for main power

• 1 - L6-30 twist lock outlet for 240V element up to 5500w

• 2 - 5-15 outlets for 120V pump and Auxillary

• 1 - Temperature probe outlet

• 1 - Stainless steel liquid tight 1.5" RTD probe

• DIN rail mounted internal components for space efficient design

• 2 - 63a contactors

• 1 - 6a 110v din rail breaker

• 1 - 40a SSR (solid state relay) mounted to heat sink

• 2 -Blue LED illuminated switches for pump and Auxillary

• 1- Orange LED illuminated switch for element

• 1 - Keyed switch for main power on/off

Additional products needed to get started:

• 30a GFCI protected electrical service (licensed electrician installed is highly recommended)

• 10 - 20 gallon brewing kettle

• 4500w or 5500w Ultra Low Density fully stainless heating element in grounded, water tight enclosure (5500w fully stainless elements can be found here)

• Running an auto tune cycle on the PID is highly recommended before brewing for controller/element efficiency

• L14-30 power cable (4 wire dryer cord found HERE with connector or 4 wire extension cord HERE)
